Disney World Resort Deals 2027: What You Need to Know

Planning a Disney World trip in 2027? Disney World Resort prices can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to figure out which “deal” will actually save your family money. I’ve stayed at Value and Deluxe resorts, planned split stays, and even camped in our RV at Fort Wilderness. One thing I’ve learned is the biggest advertised discount is not always the best price for your trip. It

Disney has announced several offers for early 2027, including savings on room-and-ticket packages and room-only stays. Let’s break down what’s available and how to compare the options.

2027 Disney World Resort Savings at a Glance

Tips & Tricks to Saving Money in the Disney World Parks!

Disney’s current room-and-ticket package offer saves up to $250 per night on eligible stays from January 3 through July 28, 2027. You’ll need to book at least four nights and a four-day ticket. The amount you save depends on your resort, room type, and travel dates.

If you’re purchasing tickets separately or already have an Annual Pass, Disney also has a room-only offer of up to 25% off select stays from January 3 through April 29, 2027.

These offers apply to select nights and rooms, and availability is limited. I always price the entire trip both ways before deciding which offer is better for my family.

How Much Can You Save With a Package?

For eligible four-night, four-day (or longer) room-and-ticket packages, Disney has three savings tiers:

Offer tierMost nights February 28–July 28, 2027Most Sunday–Thursday nights January 3–February 25, 2027
Select Deluxe resorts and villas$250 per night$150 per night
Select Moderate resorts and other listed rooms$150 per night$75 per night
Select Value resorts and other listed rooms$60 per night$40 per night

The tiers do not line up perfectly with Disney’s usual Value, Moderate, and Deluxe labels. For example, Art of Animation Family Suites are in the $150/$75 tier, while its standard rooms are in the $60/$40 tier. Port Orleans French Quarter is also in the $60/$40 tier. Check your exact resort and room type before counting on a particular savings amount.

Pixie Dust Tip: This 2027 offer discounts an eligible package. It does not add free nights or free park days.

What If You Only Need a Resort Room?

Disney’s general room-only offer provides savings of up to 25% on select rooms for stays most nights February 28–April 29, 2027. For stays most Sunday–Thursday nights January 3–February 25, the offer reaches up to 20%.

A room-only discount is especially worth checking if you have an Annual Pass, already bought tickets, or want a shorter stay. Compare the final total, rather than assuming a dollar-off package deal will beat a percentage-off room deal.

Annual Passholders have a separate offer of up to 35% off select rooms, and eligible Disney Visa Cardmembers can save up to 30%. Each offer has its own dates, resort list, and terms.

Resorts I’d Price First for a Family Trip

These are some of my favorite places to start comparing. I wouldn’t book any of them based on the discount headline alone; I’d look at the total cost and what our family would get from the stay.

  • Pop Century Resort: My Value pick when we want Disney theming and access to the Skyliner.
  • Port Orleans Riverside: A peaceful Moderate option to consider, especially if you need a room that sleeps five.
  • Coronado Springs: A Moderate resort with an upscale feel, particularly around Gran Destino Tower.
  • Fort Wilderness Campsites: Worth pricing if you’re traveling by RV and enjoy spending time outdoors. The campsites are not included in the current 2027 room-and-ticket package offer.
  • Swan & Dolphin: An appealing location near EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. These hotels are not part of the Disney Resorts Collection discounts covered here, so compare their full price and fees separately.

More 2027 Savings and Perks to Know About

Disney says its complimentary water park admission on resort check-in day will return on select dates in summer 2027 for eligible Disney Resorts Collection guests. The dates have not been announced. Fort Wilderness campsites are excluded from this benefit.

For dining, Disney says families can save up to 20% on dining for children ages 3–9 when they purchase a package with a dining plan. Actual savings depend on what the children order. The free kids’ dining offer you may have seen advertised is a 2026 offer, so don’t build it into a 2027 budget.

My Mom’s Tips for Finding the Best Deal

Book a resort and price you’re comfortable with, then keep checking. If Disney releases another offer later, see whether your reservation qualifies for it.

Try a few nearby dates. The current offers have different savings for select winter weekdays and for stays beginning in late February. Moving your check-in day can change the price.

Compare packages and room-only reservations. A package may look better at first glance, but your ticket needs and length of stay matter.

Price split stays carefully. A night or two at a Deluxe resort can add something special to a trip, but that short portion will not meet the four-night minimum for the current package offer by itself.

Look at the trip total. Add up the room, tickets, and other costs that matter to your family. That’s the number that tells you whether you’ve found a deal.

You don’t have to choose the most expensive resort to have a magical trip. Choose the stay that fits how your family likes to vacation, then let the available discounts help you make the most of your budget.

Offers are subject to availability and change. Check Disney’s current terms and eligible resorts before booking.
